Last Updated: May 31, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, visiting, or using NextCatch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use NextCatch.
2. Description of Service
NextCatch is an event calendar and raid coordination application for Pokémon GO players. It consolidates public event information into a curated guide and provides remote raid room matching to help trainers coordinate raids. Some features require an optional paid subscription, NextCatch+. Raid coordination features require a free account.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use NextCatch. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms.
4. Subscription Services
NextCatch+ is optional. It adds priority raid queue placement, deeper counters, play-style personalization, enhanced planning guidance, and subscriber-only analysis. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android and are subject to the applicable store terms.
Core event information, including event existence, timing, type, priority, bonuses, and official source links, remains available at no cost.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to abuse raid coordination features, provide false trainer profile information, disrupt other users' raid experience, reverse engineer the app, or use NextCatch for unlawful purposes.
6. Raid Coordination Features
6.1 Account Requirement
Remote raid coordination requires a free account and trainer profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of the trainer information you provide.
6.2 Trainer Code Sharing
When you host or join a raid room, your trainer code may be shared with matched participants so the raid can happen in Pokémon GO. Trainer codes are not public profile pages and are not exposed outside matched raid flows.
6.3 Reliability and Conduct
NextCatch may track reliability signals such as hosting, joining, readying up, completing handoff steps, and missed timed windows. Repeated unreliable behavior may reduce priority or limit raid features.
6.4 Screenshot Verification
Hosts may be asked to verify a raid screenshot before creating a room. Verification exists to reduce mismatched rooms and improve raid reliability. A host remains responsible for accurate raid information even when verification is unavailable or inconclusive.
6.5 No Guarantee of Raid Completion
NextCatch coordinates players but does not control Pokémon GO, raid availability, invites, connection quality, or raid outcomes. Actual raids take place inside Pokémon GO, operated by Niantic.
6.6 Limited Interaction
NextCatch does not provide chat, direct messaging, social feeds, or social-network mechanics. Raid coordination is limited to trainer profile, room status, and handoff steps.
7. Intellectual Property
NextCatch content, features, and functionality are owned by Borrowed Fire LLC. Pokémon GO is a trademark of Niantic, Inc. Pokémon is a trademark of The Pokémon Company. NextCatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Niantic, The Pokémon Company, or Nintendo.
8. Disclaimers
Event information is sourced from public announcements and curated for NextCatch. Event details are subject to change by Niantic. NextCatch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borrowed Fire LLC shall not be liable for missed events, lost in-game opportunities, failed raids, service interruptions, outdated information, or other indirect or consequential damages.
