Account Deletion — NextCatch

Short version: You can request deletion of your NextCatch account and account-linked raid data by emailing Borrowed Fire LLC. Include only the email address used to sign in. Do not post account emails publicly.

What Gets Deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, Borrowed Fire LLC deletes or anonymizes account-linked data used by NextCatch, including your authentication profile, trainer name, trainer code, trainer team and level, notification tokens, raid room participation records, post-raid feedback, and reliability stats where deletion is permitted.

What May Remain

Borrowed Fire LLC may keep minimal operational records when necessary for fraud prevention, security, financial records, legal compliance, or debugging aggregated systems. These records are limited to what is reasonably necessary.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email [email protected] from the account email used with NextCatch.
  2. Use the subject line: NextCatch account deletion request.
  3. Include whether you used iOS, Android, or both.

Borrowed Fire LLC will verify the request and process deletion as soon as reasonably possible.

Subscriptions

Deleting a NextCatch account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through the store account that manages the purchase.
